Our unique designs offer seniors hotel-style living with luxury dining and extensive recreational opportunities in our Woodlands Center in Middle River. Our spacious dining room and community area encourages the residents to gather socially. Fully equipped dinettes, enclosed porches and warm lounges can be enjoyed on each wing. A library with computers, beauty shop and general store complete the amenities.

It's About Living
We, at the Woodlands Assisted Living, take pride in lending assistance to seniors, while maintaining their independence and peace of mind. The Woodlands has three floors, housing fourteen residents in each wing. In addition, each wing provides:
- A kitchenette
- Dining area
- Enclosed porch
- Living room with a TV and VCR
- A separate living room just for the individual who desires privacy
Our loving and caring staff provide a sense of well-being and comfort to each and every resident.
Current Supplementary Services
Monthly Fee
- Semi-private fee
- Double occupancy (husband & wife) fee

- Respite (any stay less than 30 consecutive days

Services included in base rate
- Use of the suite and common areas of the building
- Dining service for 3 meals daily, availability of snacks
- Weekly light housekeeping, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom and linen change
- Weekly personal laundry and linen service (not dry cleaning)
- Wellness assessments

ADL set up supervision, cueing, and coaching with:
- Bathing, including routing showers 3x/week
- Ambulation
- Meal service
- Dressing
- Use of your own telephone for local calls (long distance will be billed to resident)
- TV hook-up with Direct TV
- All utilities
- Emergency call system
- Social & recreational events daily
- 24-hour staff/emergency call
- Individually-controlled heating and air conditioning
